Dear Nishimura sensei!

I have two questions,
when I move as you have described about using left leg for no indication of moving like Sinkansen,

I want to know whether I need to kick a ground by left leg or not?

The other question is that when I doing this, should the right knee is bent a little or not?
(I think if using gravity it may be better to be bent,
but bending right knee gives some initial indications of moving to an opponent.)
