これが重心の滑落を使った，武道的体の前進です。
既に慣性の法則は破られ，体が進み始めています。
この進み始めている状況で相手の色が見えたら井桁崩しの原理で体の力を竹刀に伝えます。
後ろ足を強く押し出す（多くは蹴り足になることがありますが，相手の頭が出て来る事を考えると押し出しで良い，）
